Outlook Profiles Auto Load on startup of laptop
2 users have had sony vaio a197Vp's setup with office XP std,
they have a dial up and a network profile that point to same pst
when windows XP sp2 loads up Outlook automatically fires up the profile selector.
This is causing issues ! its not in the startup group.
Any ideas?

tried that.. not in the startup list..
I meant did you disable all in the startup tab and then restarted and still outlook prompted the moment you booted up ?
Is this computer part of the domain and if yes , can you check with the sys admin for possible login script running when you login

Cool
go to control panel --> mail --> show profiles and uncheck the option of asking to select profile
and force outlook to open one profile
Does that work ?
