I meant did you disable all in the startup tab and then restarted and still outlook prompted the moment you booted up ?<br />

2 users have had sony vaio a197Vp's setup with office XP std,<br />
they have a dial up and a network profile that point to same pst<br />
<br />
when windows XP sp2 loads up Outlook automatically fires up the profile selector.<br />
<br />
This is causing issues ! its not in the startup group.<br />
