SBS 2003 Exchange Server Message Journaling...Mailbox Journal

I am about to deploy Windows Small Business Server 2003 and will be setting up Exchange Server as well.  My client needs to enable message journaling as per S.E.C. regulations.

Since SBS 2003 comes bundled with Exchange 2003 Standard I will only be able to have one store.  From what I'm reading, I'm led to believe that I need to create an additional mailbox within that store that the messages get journaled to.

My question is since enabling message journaling on a store will journal all mailboxes within that store, will I be having duplicate messages for the journal mailbox?  Will it be journaling the journals???  I have not yet begun to set this up, but this potential problem crossed my mind already.  Thanks.

when u enable to archieve all messages sent or recieved by mailboxes on this store
u get an exact copy of all the email send or recieved through ur exchange server. The
location is just a mailbox on ur mailbos store which will be backed up with the rest of ur data.if u are not carefull and delete the mailbox on a regualr intervals(after each backup) u can run out of space in no time since u will have duplicate of all the emails on in database.

A quick question... if you are journaling to a mailbox in the same store, will that not cause a loop?

I need to setup journaling on SBS 2003, but to an external address.  Can this be done?  We need to do both incoming and outgoing messages.
