System Errors

Hi,

I 've completed formatting  & reload of WinXP & all others applns like Office 2K std,
Lotus Notes 5.0.10 , NAV 8.1 & etc for one of my user's PC. But on the fifth day after the reinstallation,
my user encounter
1. When system start up & boot into the desktop in the morning, Windows Application Error, err msg:The application failed to initialize properly ( Oxc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the applicatiion. The system will auto shutdown after clicked OK.
Another error encountered after system start up & boot into the desktop is SVCHOST.exe Application Error, error msg: The instruction at "0x752d728d" referenced memory at "0x4d752e0b". The memory could not be "read"  Click on OK to terminate
the programe or Click on CANCEL to debug the program

2. when my user click on Exit from Lotus Notes, she encountered NLNotes.exe application error.
Error msg: The instruction at "0x03abb915" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read"
Click on OK to terminate the programe or Click on CANCEL to debug the program

I suspect hardware faulty, could it be the RAM?
I used the built in diagnostic tools to check on the system hardware.
But no hardware problem found. Please help!

have you  tried stopping  lotus  notes from starting up with windows  to see if  the  error still shows up  when windows boots up.
go into common startup and delete all the lotus apps that start at bootup
and msconfig and uncheck the apps pointing to lotus notes file
