Receiving Microsoft word or excel attachments as .DAT files
Company 1 sends Company 2 a microsoft word or excel file.
When company 2 receives attachment, it is somehow converted to a .DAT file.
When you try to convert to Word or Excel, data is just garbage.
Company 2 can send Company 1 an attahcment just fine.
Company 1 claims this problem only occurs with Company 2.
Company 1 (It looks like they may be on Microsoft Mail)
Comany 2 (Lotus Notes R5)
Any help or direction would really be appreciated.
