Hi,

I have a serious problem with ColdFusion and Windows 2003 Server.

I have defined some datasources with correct username & password. But I get this error message:

Connection verification failed for data source: LMS_Visitor
[]java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Login failed for user 'LMS_Visitor'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.
The root cause was that: java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Login failed for user 'LMS_Visitor'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.

Can someone help me?

Hi

Just try this

Enter SQL Enterprise Manager.

Find your server name in the tree on the left.

Right mouse click on the server name and select properties.

Click the Security folder.  You should now see the screen below with "Windows Only" set as the default authentication.

Check SQL Server and Windows as the Authentication

Click OK.

Click Yes to restart SQL

Let me know

Regards

Sandy
