Eudora WorldMail Internet Mail stuck in queue

I have been working on this for the past month.
I have anywhere between 12 and 25 outbound Emails stuck in the outbound queue in WorldMail 2.0 Server.  I can resolve all names to addresses, MX records, Cnames and Name Servers with authoratative DNS responses.  My ISP is Global Crossing.  Tech support on all products/services have given up.  I have examined my DNS settings extensively and all tests check out OK.  Logs indicate mail is being sent out and sometimes rejected by the receiving SMTP server.  ANy suggestions?

World Mail is very thin...NO tech support either.  I am giving up on this issue and putting together a proposal to change our Email program.
