Eudora WorldMail Internet Mail stuck in queue

I have been working on this for the past month.
I have anywhere between 12 and 25 outbound Emails stuck in the outbound queue in WorldMail 2.0 Server.  I can resolve all names to addresses, MX records, Cnames and Name Servers with authoratative DNS responses.  My ISP is Global Crossing.  Tech support on all products/services have given up.  I have examined my DNS settings extensively and all tests check out OK.  Logs indicate mail is being sent out and sometimes rejected by the receiving SMTP server.  ANy suggestions?

I have no experience with Eudora Worldmail, so I may not get the terminology right.

This strikes me as a re-queuing problem. An E-Mail is sent, the server is not, for whatever reason, able to immediately deliver it, so the E-Mail is re-queued and....forgotten. For whatever reason, the server is not processing these messages again.

If this were sendmail, I'd look at the settings such as confMIN_QUEUE_AGE and confMAX_QUEUE_RUN_SIZE and other settins related to the processing of deferred messages. I dunno what settings, if any, are equivalent in Worldmail. Check the docs for terms like "deferred" and "queue processing".

World Mail is very thin...NO tech support either.  I am giving up on this issue and putting together a proposal to change our Email program.
