Adobe FDF Generation

I have a windows shared hosting platform account.  Actually I have 5.

I need to generate Adobe Forms, that are filled in from a database.  The problem is that I do not want to maintain a web server locally, which is required to install the library files.  Shared hosting will not let you install library files.

Is there a web host that is specifically set up with the library files?

Is there an inexpensive dedicated server provider that I could look into?

Without spending greater than 1000 dollars, I cannot find a way around generating PDF files from database data, using a windows platform, and not using PHP or MySQL.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know of a solution that will work with shared hosting.  With 5 accounts, a dedicated server is probably your best solution.  I think www.rackspace.com is the best for (managed) dedicated servers -worth your time to look - but there are cheaper options.

www.1and1.com
Windows servers from $69/mo  (Linux servers from $49/mo - for reference, I know you want Windows)
2.0 Ghz celeron, 256MB RAM, 40GB HD, 500GB bandwidth
"Control your dedicated server using the pre-installed administrative software Plesk 7 or the server application of your choice. You have full access to the hardware via SSH root access. It's also ideal to run game servers, databases, or your own environments. You are in full control, so we can't undertake any administration at all."

www.web-hosting-ace.com - $79.95/mo, no setup fee
Windows 2k or 2k3 server
P4 1.8 Ghz, 512MB RAM, 40GB HD, 5 IPs, 200GB bandwith

www.hivelocity.net/Plans/Dedicated-Servers/
Windows 2k3 - $99.95/mo, no setup fee  (Linux - $79.95/mo)
2.0 Ghz celeron, 512MB RAM, 40GB HD, 1000GB bandwidth
