Where can I download the Simple Certificate Enrollment Protocol for Windows 2000 Certificate Authority? I have documentation saying it can be downloaded from http://corporate.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp but this link does not work.

Windows 2000:
It's part of the the Resource Toolkit, the setup program is called cepsetup.exe

Mscep.dll is a Certificate Services add-on ISAPI dynamic-link library (DLL) that enables enrollment for Cisco Systems, Inc. routers for IPSec authentication certificates from a Microsoft® Windows® 2000 Certificate Authority (CA) using the Simple Certificate Enrollment Protocol (SCEP).
