How do I create a script to change the Reginal Settings options?

I need to create a script to change the reginonal settings option on the time to show default values of AM and PM symbols to nothing?

Can anyone shed dome light please?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. AM & PM for Default users - save the 6 next lines in a AMPMDef.reg :
REGEDIT4

[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\International]
"s1159"=""
"s2359"=""

AM & PM for Current user - save the 6 next lines in AMPMCur.reg :
REGEDIT4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International]
"s1159"=""
"s2359"=""

Run the next command to apply the new settings :
regedit /s AMPMDef.reg
or
regedit /s AMPMCur.reg

Maybe you need to reboot.
I can't test more now. Im not on my own computer.

You can open Control Panel / Regional Settings / Time
and check after applying the .reg file. The settings will change.
