Reg key to enable automatic prompting for file download in IE 6

Simple problem. I have a site that has to download stuff as part of my users system. However, with the advent of SP2 it no longer automatically prompts them to download files with refreshing the page (which causes problems in my system).

Now, one way is to get all of the users to manually change there settings, but with several thousand users, so not really an option. If I could give them a reg file that would change their settings life would be a lot simpler.

Any ideas ?

Andy,

Information bar appears while downloading a file - Windows XP SP2:
http://www.winxptutor.com/sp2/infobardl.htm

You can make-up a REG file based on the information there.
