There are a few ways of doing this depending on who is printing the numbering. Most printing companies have machines that number tickets. Some even have templates that you can design for. Some prepress departments can facilitate the process through imposition settings using their proprietary software. If you dont have variable printing software and you have a simple layout, you can use Microsoft Words built in datamerge manager. If you save your layout as a master page, pouring all the ticket numbers into a text box that will accommodate just one number will generate as many pages as their are numbers. Adjust your settings to auto create pages and link the four text boxes containing the ticket numbers. Their are other processes but I will need some feedback from you.

Are you planning on printing this through a commercial printer or on your desktop laser printer?
