What is the best cell phone that connects to the internet, I realize that you will be viewing WAP sites without java and without some graphics, but it would be interesting if I could take a walk and still be "connected" to the internet, which phones do this best and at the most reasonable monthly cost?  Thanks.

i know that ATT has an $80/month plan that gives you unlimited minutes and unlimited data (internet).  Go to http://www.attws.com and find the cheapest phone that has the largest screen.  2 year contracts usually get you any phone for free.  Its always cheaper to buy online or call ATT directly.  That way, no sales guy has to get paid.

$80 is the max amount you should pay from ATT.  Like i said, thats UNLIMITED data and voice.  You can go with a $30 plan and then buy a $5, $10, $20... or whatever data plan.  It all depends on how much you use.
