can i migrate 3 NT pdc to the same forest AD domain

We have three different name NT domain and running exchange 5.5 in
each domain . We want migrate all NT domain to window 2003 AD server but they should be same forest and same domain name as previous NT domain , how can I do this?

You need to look at ADMT v2 (the Active Directory Migration tool)
It is provided on the Windows 2003 CD
