Well... Can't believe there are millions/billions of living people currently utilising Microsoft Exchange/Outlook yet can't highlight on the correct procedure to change the displayed name. &nbsp;During marriage, we have to change surnames quite often. &nbsp;<br />

We also use another 3rd-party software (abolsutely free) which makes this whole process very simple, very fast and very easy to administer. &nbsp;Maybe this is the way to take customers.<br />

What is the correct way to change an email account for a person who has changed their name but not their email address.  ie sandra@mycompany.co.uk. But the display name on otutgoing email and the surname on the internal address book is incorrect.
I have used the "Rename User" option in server management and also the "simple display name" on the "exchange advanced" tab but nothing seems to be getting updated at present.
