Search for Keywords within website

Hello,

I'm trying to make the search for our site more accurate at finding keywords.  And I was wondering if its possible to search for keywords in the following way:

Say I have a product called:  Minipack Ecomatic Fully Automatic L-Sealer
and someone types: "minipack eco sealer"

As of right now, the search does not work when someone types this in.

Is there a way to search substrings of a particular word?  For instance, is is possible to easily search through all the words on our website for "eco"?

Currently, our search looks like:

(name = '{search_all}' or comment1 like '%{search_all}%' or comment2 like '%{search_all}%' or comment3 like '%{search_all}%' or
sku = '%{search_all}%' or user1 like '%{search_all}%' or

sku like '%{search_all}%' or user1 like '%{search_all}%' or sku like '%{search_all}%' or  user16 like '%{search_all}%') order by name

All of our products have a "name", "comment1", "comment2", "comment3", "sku", "user1", and "user16" fields.  Any ideas?

Thanks.
