Creating Windows shortcuts programmatically
I am using Delphi 3...
How does a programmer create Windows (32-bit) shortcuts programmatically? I have a HTML file in (let's say) d:\mystuff. The HTML file is named "hello.html". I now want to create a Windows SHORTCUT link to this "hello.html" file, and I want the shortcut to appear in "c:\documents and settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs".
I know how to do this manually, with keyboard, dragging files, etc... but I do not know how to create a shortcut via Delphi.
Thanks.
