How does a programmer create Windows (32-bit) shortcuts programmatically? &nbsp;I have a HTML file in (let's say) d:\mystuff. &nbsp;The HTML file is named &quot;hello.html&quot;. &nbsp; I now want to create a Windows SHORTCUT link to this &quot;hello.html&quot; file, and I want the shortcut to appear in &quot;c:\documents and settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs&quot;.<br />

I know how to do this manually, with keyboard, dragging files, etc... &nbsp;but I do not know how to create a shortcut via Delphi.<br />

How does a programmer create Windows (32-bit) shortcuts programmatically?  I have a HTML file in (let's say) d:\mystuff.  The HTML file is named "hello.html".   I now want to create a Windows SHORTCUT link to this "hello.html" file, and I want the shortcut to appear in "c:\documents and settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs".
