Hi Guys,

I'm after a utility that will allow me to select different browser window sizes (640 x 480, 800 x 600 etc) so that I can test websites in different size windows.

I have seen some Java Scripts that I can add to a page but I would prefer a utility that I could run or that would add itself to the browsers toolbar.

Many thanks

-Paul

Here's one way - browse to the page you want to test and then type the following into your address bar:
javascript:window.resizeTo(640,480)
javascript:window.resizeTo(800,600)

You can also set it up as a bookmark or an IE favorite and click to resize your window.

If you want a solution that is a little more sophisticated: a software option: Size-O-Matic (see www.pythoness.com).

Here's another handy online tool I just found - http://eons.com/content.asp?LinkID=268&CatID=167&content=1.  I'ts probably not as useful to you as the software, but I thought I'd mention it may be helpful for someone else who finds this question.
