Applying SP4 to Windows 2000 Small Business Breaks Exchange 2000

After applying SP4 to Windows 2000, the Exchange services no longer load. I have to unload SP4 to get Exchange 2000 to load again. This is a single server running Small Business.

Sounds like we should not apply sp4. However, that leaves us with open security holes doesn't it?

well if you look at the article closely there are som hotfixes that might apply
