GPRS setup on MAC OS X and Panasonic X70

Hi, I have bee trying to setup a Panasonic X70 to work with the OSX over bluetooth and then GPRS.

The problem seems to be that I cannot get a valid modem script for my phone.

I found a util that lets me create my own modem scripts but I don't have a clue what the script would be.

I know the answer is close but cannot get any further, please help.

I don't want to spend £30 - £40 on a utility just to resolve this.

and O2 my mobile provider are about as much help as a wet kipper.

Are you using the GPRS Script Generator? Are there any other folks locally that have it set up? You could look at another users script, even on a PC, to get an idea of what yours should look like. They should be identical.

I can us modem script generator for mac os x @ http://www.apple.com/downloads/macosx/internet_utilities/modemscriptgenerator.html

The mobile X70 is setup on a Laptop running XP with GPRS over bluetooth. It connects to 02 (mobile provider) fine.

Do I query the modem in XP and use strings from that or something?

Yes, use the string from XP and go to versiontracker.com to download GPRS Script Generator to do the creation.
