Outlook task and rules

Tryng to assign a task to some out with my exchange server to no success. ( If you know how to gte the accept button to appear that would be grate and easier than what i am about to ask)

Assiging task with in your own Exchange domain works fine.

With the above not working is there a way to set a kind of E-mail trigger on a certain individual task box that e-mail certain people when a new task as been entered.

It will work like a group task collective and when i enter task it will e mail peeps outside of the exchange server to say oooiii log in and log at the collective tasks as there are new ones.

I hope this came across ok

If you want to send task outside your exchange organization, the only way I am aware of is
to save the as an msg and mail it as attachment or
create your task, new mail then Insert Item, select the task and Send the mail
As attachment, it will be MIME encoded and binary content will not be stripped off by smtp transport
