Microsoft has placed the RMTShare.exe program on their FTP site at

ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/bussys/winnt/winnt-public/reskit/nt40/i386/RMTSHAR.EXE

I hope this is the latest version. The one we have does not perform certain operations. It does on Windows 2000 but not on Windows 2003
