I cannot help you with the question about the CDs, I'd suggest another emulator though. Or simply put them in a subdirectory of your emulator, and why not try reading the manual.

Hello all, i downloaded a neogeo emulator called nebula, and i downloaded some roms and i can't play them i can't point nebula to look in the folder that contains my roms. &nbsp;When i run nebula there is a list of games, but i can't play any of them, does nebula require a cd or rom. &nbsp;Anyways can someone tell me what's going on or point me to a good site to download emulators and roms.
