How to install .Net framework AUTOMATICALLY with setup project?

When I install VB.net application on any machine, it checks the installation of .Net Framework.  It it is installed already, all is good.  But it is not installed then it will ask to install it first by manual process.  Can i install it AUTOMATICALLY without going to internet manually, downloading the file and then installing it?

to bundle the .NET framework redistributable along with your setup project you need to download and install the bootstrapper plugin for VS.NET. Check out the following link for more information on it
