Adding a pop-up "mouseover" to a flash site

Hi...
I bought this flash site template that I'm modifying:

http://www.dream-job.net/ee/

...Note the "read more" buttons (followed by a question mark) found at the bottom of most of the text boxes scattered throughout this site. Then take a look at this page:

https://secure.findwhat.com/AcctSetupWiz/AdDesign.aspx

...see the yellow "yield sign" shaped icons with the black question mark inside? If you put your mouse over one of these, a text box will pop up - neat. That's what I'd like to have the "read more" buttons behave like in my flash site. Is this possible? If so, how to do it?

(I'm kind of a newbie to Flash... please be gentle)

Thanks!

Well if you want it to move with the mouse also that is a little more complicated.

But here is a link on how to do it http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/captions.htm

But if you would like just a popup that is stationary then just double click on the button on the stage so you have in your timeline the up over down and hit. Then click on the over then on the stage just draw the box and what you want in it and then you  are done.  Check out here http://theyac.org/prayer.swf  roll over the are you in that is what I did it is an easy fix for a newbie.  But If you would like to learn how to make it follow the mouse. Then use the tutorial above it is a good one.
