Text Services & Input Language Settings

I am deploying new XP Machines.  I have set up Win2000 Group Policy to limit the functinaltiy of these machines.  I am experiencing a few problems.  For some reason when i log onto the machine as a new user The Text & Input Language Settings appear on the taskbar.  There is a microphone button and a headset button.  Does anyone know why these appear and how I can stop them from?  Thanks for any help.

Settings for those applications are probably written into the user registry.  After making the changes in the profile to appear the way you desire just copy that profile over the default user profile at C:\Documents and Settings\Default User and make sure Everyone has rights. That profile is copied when a new user logs in and they inherit all the settings it contains (such as cookies and other internet history, registry changes, desktop and start menu icons, etc). These are also merged with the "All Users" group at each logon but information from "Default User" is only provided when the user is NEW.
