I created a setup with Package & Deployment Wizard.
Now I have to deploy a new setup with a new exe and remove the old link.
I found this in the Registry:
HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\ST6UNST #x. x is a Number. There is a Key Name UninstallString:
C:\WINNT\st6unst.exe -n "C:\Program Files\OldProgram\ST6UNST.LOG".
Is there a way that I can run the uninstal in silent mode?
I realize this question has been asked before but I do not have enought points to view the solution yet.
From my link:
Silent Uninstall Usage
The following command-line syntax allows for a silent uninstall:
St5unst -n "C:\Program Files\MyApp\St5unst.log" -f -q
St6unst -n "C:\Program Files\MyApp\St6unst.log"
