Outlook 2003 won't save signature

I have one user on XP pro workstation that has to reset her signatures everytime she restarts the computer.  I've checked everything I can think of but can't figure out why.  I changed the setting to Word as the editor, I changed it to RTF and when she reboots those changes are also gone.  What gives.

Hi jrsitman,

Possible cause is corruption of outlook profile
Backup all the data in outlook
then go to control panel --> mail --> show profiles
delete the profile , create a new one , import all the contact data and check if that solves the issue

If you're referring to the profile on the workstation, I already did that.  If you're referring to removing her mailbox from the Exchange Server, I don't believe these setting are stored on the Exchange Server.

So you created a new profile in the workstation and even in that it doesnot save signature ?

Is the outlook 2003 fully updated ?

Also try doing detect and repair going to help menu to see if that would help

I get the "DUH" award.  I don't know why I didn't check for Outlook updates.  That fixed the problem
