Possible cause is corruption of outlook profile<br />
Backup all the data in outlook<br />
then go to control panel --&gt; mail --&gt; show profiles <br />
delete the profile , create a new one , import all the contact data and check if that solves the issue <br />

If you're referring to the profile on the workstation, I already did that. &nbsp;If you're referring to removing her mailbox from the Exchange Server, I don't believe these setting are stored on the Exchange Server.

I have one user on XP pro workstation that has to reset her signatures everytime she restarts the computer. &nbsp;I've checked everything I can think of but can't figure out why. &nbsp;I changed the setting to Word as the editor, I changed it to RTF and when she reboots those changes are also gone. &nbsp;What gives.<br />
