Bios Upgrade for Overclock

Okay I'm trying to overclock, but there is no FSB, Frequency, etc. setting in the bios.  My bios probably needs to be upgraded or changed to do this, but i'm not sure what version to put on the bios.  Here is a good portion of the dump from CPUz:

You have a P4 2.4c hyperthreading cpu, which you normally can overclock by increasing the FSB from 200 to 225 or 250.  However, you have a Compaq, which is not a good system to try overclocking with, since they design them for average consumers, not enthusiasts.
