Hello kamal73 =)

If files are getting deleted and missing,,, that means either somebody(can a virus activity also) is deleting them, or ur hard drive is dirty and have too many bad clusters and when chkdks correct them it removes the data also !!

So first approach is, take out ur hard drive, hook it as a slave drive in another system, install on of the below tool on the other system hard drive and then try to recovery the deleted\missing files on ur hard drive !!
Coz its considered, that if u will install the tools on the same hard drive, it can overwrite ur deleted data and thus it will become unrecoverable !!

But Remember Data can be recovered only when its Not Over-Written, once its over-written it is LOST for ever =|

After u get ur file, perform a chkdsk /f/r and Defrag ur hard drive to make sure its in a good state and there are not errors etc etc on it !!
Good Luck :)
