How to set a Linux  Dial In Server

Dear Experts,
         I am Using Fedora2.I want to configure it as Dial In Server.I have DAX modem.Our objective is from a remote machine they have to log in to our System and tranfer some files.

Since I am new to Linux,if you give me the step by step procedure or proper like, It will be relly helpful to me
