How do I configure terminal services for admin access only

i am getting that message that says my license will expire soon and would like to only allow administrators to login in..

You can change the mode by uninstalling and reinstalling the Terminal Services component of Windows 2000.  Add/Remove Programs, Windows Components button.  Remove it, then readd it.  

Alternatively, if you add another networking service or possibly any other component of Windows, setup should prompt you to select the mode in which you want Terminal Services to run.
