I heard you can run RDP through a SSH tunnel but I can't find any information about it. Anyone know how to do this or other methods of securing RDP.

That's cool. The only problem is alot of user use thin clients, so they don't have the option to install additional software.

Do the thin clients support SSH?  If not, I don't see how it can be done.

If the thin clients only support RDP, (like Wyse WinTerms) then there's not much of an option. If these are full fledged CE terminals, you may be able to VPN with them.  Really depends on your hardware and network config.
