HP Color Inkjet CP 1700 Prints Visio documents wrong

We're trying to print 11x17 documents on our HP CP1700, when it prints the image only takes up the top left corner of the page and is a zoomed out part of the document with the top half chopped off. It's very strange and i can't seem to find any setting that changes it printing this way. Anyone have any experience with a printer doing this before? i'm really at a loss for what is causing this.

I have known printers to render Visio documents wrongly, and it is usually the page layout in Visio itself that causes it, as opposed to the print driver.
Unfortunately, I don`t have access to Visio any more, so can`t be more specific, sorry.

so ya'll know, it's visio's problem
installing visio SP1 fixes it, it had a bug printing to 11x17 HP's
