Your dataView must be bounded to a table, then:

DataSet1.Update(dsSample,"The table that is bounded to your data view")

jajajaja.... sorry, you're right, is dataAdapter.update

If your dataView is the result of joining a couple or several tables it can't be updated, you must reference only one table if you want to update (I think).

Do you have a dataGrid bounded to your dataTable?... if it, let me understand... you have bounded your dataGrid to your dataView, your dataView is bounded to a table... when you update that table... the changes aren't stored in the dataBase?
