I wanted to see if there is a way to disable "autopreview" feature
I read a post about disabling the preview pane by getting to outlook thru  a shortcut
the value in shortcut " outlook.exe /nopreview "   That disables the preview pane for all folders in outlook
The thing that i can't figure out is to disable the autopreview for all folders
Autopreview gives me "three blue lines" for each message"  Has anyone found a way to disable that ... in Outlook XP or Outlook 2003?

By the way, If there is no given way in outlook or we can't figure out, Does the administration of EE forward the issue to microsoft?

Thanks for your time,

Can you not do this

Go in View->Current View->Customize Current View, select "Other Settings", then select the "No AutoPreview" radio button.

i can do that... but that would be similar to " View"-->Autopreview....    meaning that it was enabled, now when u click autopreview it would disable

I wanted to do it for all the folders thru one click....

View->Current View->Customize Current View, select "Other Settings", then select the "No AutoPreview" radio button.
THis just gets it done for the folder that you are on
