Outlook Express closes when changing identities

OE throws me back to windows when I try to change identity. Any ideas apart from reinstalling OE?

if the above doesnot help, try opening OE in safe mode
start --> run --> msimn.exe /safe and see if you can recreate the identities.. may be there are corrupted.

Also if yu have any anti-virus or anti-spam running temporarily disable them when you open OE

MAKE SURE TO BACKUP ALL OE DATA before recreating identities.. just in case
