DSL Modem doesn't connect to Linksys Router

Ok, so here's my problem guys. I have a Linksys Wireless Router and a Westell DSL Modem from Bellsouth. My problem is that when I connect the DSL Modem to the WAN port on the router I am not able to get an Internet Connection and if I connect the DSL Modem directly to any of the computers it logs on to the internet just fine. I have the same configuration in my office and it works fine. I am clueless as to why it doesn't work here.I thought it was the router but tried with 2 other different routers and still the same problem. If you can please help me I'll appreciate it. Thank You.

The first thing to do is to power off the modem for 10 minutes and the router and the PC. Then power on the modem, wait 2 minutes and then power on the router and finally the PC. If this does not work try increasing the power off cycle by a minute more each iteration. IF this proves to be onerous then use the "reset" button on the modem (small recessed button on the back) by depressing it with a small screwdriver while using the power off cycle mentioned before. If this does work again try increasing the time alloted for the power off till you can tolerate it.

If this fails too use the router's MAC clone option to clone the original PC's MAC address.

Be sure that all connections are intact before attempting this or any solution.
