First here's the site for your reference.

On the Menu section, the xml loaded text is blurry.
What can I do to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

Texts in a Dynamic text Field can be get blurred due to few reasons.
1. Anti Aliasing is on
2. Unsuitable font sizes...lot of fonts are properly rendered when it used in the multiplication of the 8 (ie: font size 8 or 16)
3. if you are using pixel font..make sure you are using it with intended font size.
4. your dynamic text field sould not be placed on a fraction of X,Y co-ordinates..(x=12.7 Etc.)

it's not on a dynamic text field. It's loaded via attachMovie method.

the content holder for the data is on the correct coordinates.
But how would i change the font size and etc?
Since it's not an actual text field, I can't set the font or any other attributes.
Is there a way to do this via XML?

// Define a TextFormat which is used to format the stats_txt text field.
var my_fmt:TextFormat = new TextFormat();
my_fmt.bold = true;
my_fmt.font = "Arial";
my_fmt.size = 12;
my_fmt.color = 0xFF0000;
// Create a text field to display the player's statistics.
this.createTextField("stats_txt", 5000, 10, 0, 530, 22);
// Apply the TextFormat to the text field.
stats_txt.setNewTextFormat(my_fmt);
stats_txt.selectable = false;
stats_txt.text = "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet...";
