Stop creation of PST's

Is there anyway I can stop people from creating PST files? I need to do this for the whole company, so going around and unchecking the auto archiving feature is not practical. I also need this to be permanent so they can't turn it back on. Does anyone know if this is possible?

You can use the DisablePST registry value. A good article can be found at:
