Meeting room resources

Is there a way create a meeting room resource and limit access to certain users or groups?  We are running Exchange 5.5 and Windows 2003 in "mixed mode."

Share the calendar and set the default as None.  Then add the users or groups that you want to be able to access it and give them reviewer or publisher access as appropriate.
