Outlook Web Access would work well if you need a mobile solution from different client machines.

Outloook can be configured to use POP3 if you have a single client machine you're using.

If you're truly adventurous and have a single clinet machine you are using you could try to set up RPC via HTTP and get full Outlook client connectivity to your Exchange server.

I would recommend #1 in most cases.

Dave thanks- I have a leaning towards RPC/HTTPS as it is connecting via same notebooks all the time. Also I think it might be easier to ste up on the server as the OWA confused me. ANy pointers on setting up RPC via HTTPS?

(I have heard that the Internet Connection Wizard will set this all up automatically if you choose "Outlook over the Internet" - haven't set up SBS2003 so I can't be sure).
