How to prevent Resize column in ListView and how to select an Item

Hi,
I need make  listview columns (view property = Detail) like a readonly, no resizable.
And I need select an item i a listview like if I click on an item.

Reformuling my question

1.- I have a Listview with 2 columns and i dont want that the column cam be resized
2.- I need a code for select the first element of the listview
3.- I need a code to make autoresize of the columns of a listview
