Restore Window size / Internet Explorer

When I open a link in a new window, it opens to restore size. In the new window, if I stretch it to the size I want, then close the original window, then close the new window, it remembers the restore size. I like the restore window stretched to same size as maximized.

My ISP's email makes it so that when I reply to someone, it resizes my restore window smaller than I'd like, and afterwards, I have to redo the steps in paragraph one above. I'm tired of doing this. And I don't want to have to click maximize all the time.

What I want to know is if there's a registry entry or ini entry that I can force the restore size? Or is there a utility that will let me restore my preferred restore size automatically?

Sheharyaar - You ROCK, thanks! Freeware usually makes me nervous, but this seems to be safe.
