Suddenly when opening the SQL Enterprise manager I get
'Microsoft Management Console has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.'

After reasing some answers on Experts Exchange I tried setting up a new account. When I log onto the new account I do NOT get this error message. However I like my old account. I don't want to have this new bare account. How do I get my old profile into my new account? Or any other solution?

You can try to make a link to the enterprise manager on the desktop in your old account, then press right mouse button and in link properties set the option Run as another user. Then, when you run the program, it will ask you to enter the username and password, enter the name of the other account.
You can also do similar thing using the standard command-line utility "runas".
