To install the drivers, go to Start, right-click on My Computer, and select Properties.
Go to the Hardware tab, and choose Device Manager.
Go down the list to modems, expand, right click on your modem and select Update Driver.
Follow the onscreen prompts to install the driver.
It will likely ask you if you want to use Windows Update to search for drivers.  If you download the driver from the site tmj883 offered above, you don't need to use Windows Update, but it's not a bad idea to enable it, as Microsoft might offer an alternate driver choice for your device.

Hope that helps.

Laxmi15 asked where he could get drivers for his modem, and how to install them.  tmj883 gave him the link the driver, and I provided the instructions.  zvitam posted the same link as tmj883.  In all fairness, I believe the points should go to myself and tmj883.
