on every PC u set it's work group by doing the following:
1. right click my computer
2. select properties
3. select the tab "Computer name"
4. click on "change"

as u can see the workgroup is not stored in a central place
so there's nothing to delete
u just rename the workgroup on each PC

So as Hammadian2 have said that u will need only to rename the workgroup to a new one !! that is all but don’t forget to  rebooting each computer after you rename the workgroup …
