What rights do I give a user to be able to 1.)Remote Control another users session via terminal services manager 2.) Reset sessions in terminal services manager

I want to give a couple specific users the ability to Remote Control and reset sessions within the Terminal Services Manager for Windows 2000.

I don't want to make these users members of the Administrators group.

What do I need to do?

In terminal services configuration on the server - connections - RDP-Tcp - right click - properties, permissions and your users here,. Users need full access to reset sessions other than their own,
