Double attachments?
I've had a few users that report that when they send an email with an attachment it actually sends the email with 2 attachments. It's just a duplicate of the same file. Anyone heard of this?
Thanks,
Steve

It is a problem with your email server. Ask your System admin to look into this.

Sorry, this is using Outlook 2002 with an account on Exchange Enterprise 2003 running on Windows 2003 Server.
I have not deleted the account and re-added it. Do you mean the user account or just the mailbox?
I can't say if it's only happening to certain file types.
Upgrading to latest office service pack seems to have solved the problem but, I'd still like to know what causes it. I haven't been able to find an MS KB article on it.

smandell,
Since upgrading has solved, you donot need to recreate the mailbox account..
May be there was a bug and that created it.. Let me check if i can find MS KB on this
