Forward PPPoE Packets Across IP Networks (Connected by Cisco Routers)

I am just about to implement a PPPoE server for my SDSL Customers.  The question I have is I want this server located centrally in my NOC.  My NOC is connected to my Co-Location at the Phone Company via a Fiber Link into Cisco 7206 Routers on each side.   With my PPPoE Server located in my NOC, will the PPPoE requests get to it across the routers or will I have to do some forwarding as you do with DHCP Requests (ip helper).

I'm thinking you're goign to need to build some sort of tunnel between the cisco's.
