create a .REG program that updates IE to have the 'Print Background and colors' option selected

Hi,

I need to print a report from an html file. It has lots of lovely colors and when a user prints the report they are all lost!

As we work in a large organisation they have disabled the use of Tools - Internet Options - Advanced feature.

I would like a command line file that updates a users registy with the  'Print Background and Colors' selected to yes.

any ideas?

Hi there

if you create a reg file called updateBackground.reg and add the code below this should set the option to yes

Any questions just ask

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main]
